Stephen Makinson – Managing Director
Stephen was one of the founding Directors of the Company when it was established early in 2002. He began his career in construction, before moving to the Plant Hire industry and has gained many years of experience prior to the creation of Mechplant NE.
Brian Wray – Managing Director
Brian, also a founding Director of the Company, has worked alongside Stephen with an emphasis on partnership working and fleet sale and purchase.
Mark Baptist – Operations Manager
Mark joined the company in 2008 as Operations Manager. With 18 years experience in management, he is responsible for the development and day to day running of the company’s operated plant business. In addition to this Mark is responsible for overseeing the running of a large plant maintenance facility and maintenance department, which supplies construction plant and equipment to both internal Group companies and external clients.
